Laundry Luv Leverages Evolv and Fran Metrics Integration to Strengthen Unit-Level Performance
NEWBURGH, Ind., 9/8/2026 – Evolv Inc. and Fran Metrics today announced that Laundry Luv has adopted the companies’ integrated payment and franchise analytics solution to gain greater visibility into unit-level economics and provide franchisees with actionable insights into business performance.
First announced in June 2026, the Evolv and Fran Metrics integration connects Evolv’s payment processing platform with the Fran Metrics reporting engine. The integration automates the flow of payment data, streamlines royalty collection and reconciliation, and transforms transaction information into meaningful business intelligence.
Laundry Luv’s adoption of the technology demonstrates how franchise organizations can bring payment and performance data together to better understand results at both the individual location and system-wide levels.
“Strong franchise systems are built on strong unit-level economics,” said Joe Oglesby, Partner at Evolv Inc. “Laundry Luv is a great example of what we envisioned when we developed this integration with Fran Metrics. By connecting payment data with franchise performance analytics, we can help franchisors turn the information they already have into actionable insights that allow them to better support their franchisees.”
The integration provides Laundry Luv with a centralized view of payment and performance information while reducing manual reporting and administrative work. Key benefits include:
- Greater visibility into unit-level economics and location performance
- Automated royalty collection and reconciliation
- Real-time synchronization of payment data
- Reduced manual reporting and administrative work
- Improved benchmarking and performance insights
“Our mission at Fran Metrics is to provide franchise brands with meaningful business intelligence that drives growth,” said Jason West-McReynolds, Founder of Fran Metrics. “Laundry Luv demonstrates how bringing payment and performance data together can give franchisors a clearer view of their system while helping franchisees better understand the metrics that drive their businesses.”
With greater visibility into location performance, Laundry Luv’s leadership team can identify trends, benchmark results and have more meaningful conversations with franchisees about opportunities to strengthen their businesses.
“Having our royalty and performance data in one place gives each franchisee analytics and insights at their fingertips while providing our corporate team with greater visibility across the system,” said Jessica Snow, Head of Marketing at Laundry Luv. “It allows us to identify trends, better understand performance and provide the support our franchisees need to continue growing their businesses.”
